Prior to moving in the Executive Search industry, Ann worked in the pharmaceutical industry for six years with Fisons Pharmaceuticals (now part of Sanofi-Aventis).
Initially starting her career in the animal health department, she moved quickly into the main pharmaceutical division of the ethical business and gained wide experience across many functional areas,
including regulatory, commercial strategy and sales, corporate finance and development functions.
Ann is a qualified veterinary surgeon and obtained an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Nottingham.
Ann works with an experienced team of researchers and support staff to deliver a professional service with passion and integrity.

Biography
Working firstly in the specialist boutique search firm Ruston Poole International for several years, she then joined Heidrick & Struggles in London in 2005 and was quickly promoted to Partner.
Ann has worked witha diverse range of healthcare companies in Europe, North America and Australasia to build senior leadership teams.
Clients have included major pharmaceutical companies, healthcare services organisations, biotechnology companies, speciality pharmaceutical companies and Third Sector/Non-Profit organisations.
She has recruited in all major
functional areas, across both commercial and R&D organisations.
